Zac Muxlow serves as Director of Construction & Field Operations, managing quality control and execution across all Blue Sky projects. With more than eight years of hands-on experience and involvement in hundreds of new‑build and remodel projects, Zac is deeply versed in every stage of construction. He champions job‑site organization, safety, and craftsmanship, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting Blue Sky’s high standards. In his downtime, Zac enjoys time with family and friends, caring for his animals, and getting out on the golf course.
As Director of Design & Interiors, Nomi Pratt oversees every aspect of the Blue Sky aesthetic—from initial concepts and floor plans to finish selections and installation. With a background in architecture, design management, and client experience, she excels at blending big‑picture creative direction with meticulous execution. Nomi ensures each home feels cohesive, functional, and timeless. Away from work, she loves traveling for design inspiration, enjoys life with her two young children, and continually seeks new ways to merge creativity with everyday living.
As Director of Project Administration, McKenzie Evans keeps projects running smoothly from pre‑construction through completion. She coordinates budgets, schedules, vendor compliance, purchase orders, and insurance, all while drawing on her design background to support interior selections with precision and style. McKenzie’s combination of organization, creativity, and compassion helps deliver a consistent, high‑quality build experience. Outside of construction, she also serves as a part‑time emergency‑room nurse and enjoys life with her husband and two children—often with a cup of coffee in hand.
Elliott Rutland is Blue Sky Builders’ Director of Operations & Administration. She ensures the office runs seamlessly every day by managing the company calendar, organizing meetings, tracking expenses, and maintaining readiness—from supplies and inventory to creating a welcoming space for visitors. Elliott also assists with marketing and HR coordination, keeping the entire team efficient and responsive. When she isn’t keeping things running behind the scenes, she is involved in her local church, enjoys pickleball and art, and never turns down a good cup of coffee.
