Gabby Howard is our Sales Director and builder representative for Blue Sky Builders. A Greenville native! Since 2018 she’s partnered closely with local builders and real estate clients across the Upstate! Her joy is helping bring semi-custom homes to life focused on craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and client experience.
At Blue Sky, every home is designed with intention from curated finishes to the meaningful details that make a house feel like home. Gabby is passionate about making that process not only seamless, but personal ensuring each client feels supported, and excited every step of the way.

About Zac:
With 8+ years of hands-on experience across various trades, project management, remodels, and new builds, Zac has been involved in over 250+ new construction projects, including both multifamily and single-family homes.
Focused on home building throughout the Upstate, Zac is well-versed in every aspect of construction, from planning to execution. He takes pride in managing job sites efficiently, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget, while upholding the highest standards of excellence to exceed clients’ expectations. His passion lies in bringing quality homes to finish, and we’re confident he’ll be a fantastic asset to both our team and our clients!
When he’s not building, Zac enjoys spending time with family, friends, his animals, and hitting the golf course.
